Company History
Like a lot other successful businesses, we started from scratch.
Johnny, our first generation business owner, together with his wife established our first plastich bags manufacturing factor in Seaford (VIC) during the late 90's. It was a hard time for them with very limited of machinery. However, with their exceptional experience and insistence on quality, they managed to find their way out in the Australian plastic bags manufacturing industry. Thank for the support of all our loyalty customers, who had been satisfied with our outstanding productions, in a few years time, Johnny had decided to further expand his business. Johnny made the decision to implement more bag making machines and moved to our current premise.
Our Team
Siupak Plastic Bags has got a team of well trained and experienced staffs.
Siupak Plastic Bags has got more than "10 machines", covering film extrusion, flexographic printing and bag conversion.
Staffs are well trained to work at different stations along the production line, as to ensure an optimum output efficiency can always be reached.
Every of the machines is looked after by a particular staff to ensure quality control is at it’s best.
Our Place
We are now equipped with a total of machines, including film extruders, flexo-printing and bag conversion machines, carrying out different functions along the customised plastic bag making procedures.
Our full in-house machines provide us the flexibility to satisfy most customised requests from our customers, with a quick turnaround capacity at a lower order volume. These enable us to win over the dominating importing competitors.
Our Products
We are extremely concisions of the environmental impact of our products. All our products are 100% recyclable and we strongly encourage our customers to recycle. In addition, our specially designed and sophisticated production system allows us to produce very low waste level. Moreover, all waste is recycled instead of ending up in the landfill. We are also one of the fewest manufacturers who can produce biodegradable products in Victoria.
